The Big Pine Rooster needs a professional and responsible Kitchen Manager.
We are a popular local community restaurant that stays very busy serving great food that everyone loves. We have an amazing front of the house staff and great kitchen staff as well. We have quality food you can be proud to serve and customers that are truly amazing.
When Covid hit many of our great long term staff moved north and we have yet to find a good Kitchen Manager. We need a real professional, with high standards, that is proud of the work they do. This is a working KM position, not an Executive Chef/desk Chef job. We are very positive people to work with and have a very positive and productive workplace, however we do not accept drug, alcohol or personality issues.
We are a drug free and abuse free workplace. Real pros will find great opportunities and great pay. Promotion beyond Kitchen Manager to GM possible over time for an outstanding person.
