We are looking for a friendly, dependable, detail oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Reservations Agent at Margaritaville Key West Resort.
Job Duties include answering telephones, providing excellent customer service to guests calling in, answering questions, quoting availability and rates, multi-tasking, organizing and providing everything necessary to the guest to ensure a satisfying guest experience, as well as their future stay at the resort.
This position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
