The Square Grouper Islamorada is looking for a Pastry Chef. This is a night-time position, and the individual would have the entire kitchen to themselves while prepping pastries, sauces, and soups for our restaurant. We are looking for an individual with pastry and baking experience that would be able to start immediately. We make our own Key Lime Pie, Brownies, Bread Puddings, and Cheesecakes. We are open Wednesdays through Sundays, so you would have a five day work week. We are looking for a self starter who would be able to manage their own prep list. We will provide a thorough training schedule to get you acclimated with all of our standardized recipes and procedures.
