A law firm located in Marathon, Florida, is seeking a full time discovery paralegal. The candidate will have to:
- organize voluminous case files;
- calendar discovery deadlines;
- organize, review, and analyze documents for production;
- prepare deposition summaries;
- organize, summarize, and analyze financial records;
- prepare pleadings related to discovery issues;
- meet with client to gather discovery; and
- other various tasks that will be explained during an interview.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Compensation is based upon experience.
