Directly supervises team members in the Front Desk. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will provide: Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guestsTransmits and receives telephone messagesAnswers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guestsKeeps records of room availability and guest's accountsComputes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guestsMakes and confirms reservationsPrepares daily reports (credit limit, cash)Reviews daily arrivals and departuresCoordinates with housekeeping when VIP Guests arriveTraining all new Front Desk personnelTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
