As a Rooms Manager, you will lead the daily Front Office operations of a Disney Vacation Club Resort, the Riviera. Your partnership with all lines of business within the resort will be crucial to your success in leading your Cast. Your understanding of the Disney Vacation Club Guest experience and the Guest expectations of a deluxe resort will be crucial to the role. You will coordinate VIP arrival, departure and intra-stay itinerary communication to ensure a seamless end-to-end Guest experience. If selected, you will report to Disney’s Riviera Resort Hotel Manager.Responsibilities :

Provide a front-line management contact for guests with escalated service requirements or items to be addressed

Lead the operation of all aspects of Front Office including Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Service operations

Lead, coach, motivate and provide feedback to your Cast Members and direct reports

Ability to adapt to everchanging environment and willingness to partner with other lines of businesses as needed.

Use Guest voice tools (e.g. Medallia, Operations Dashboards, HotSOS or equivalent software) to monitor service delivery level and make strategic decisions to positively improve Guest experience.

Champion an environment supporting the delivery of the Five Keys (safety, courtesy, show efficiency, and inclusion).

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years of resort leadership experience

Passion for service and dedication to safety and security awareness

Advance skills managing demands and deadlines simultaneously amidst constant change

Creativity to find solutions, anticipate business impacts and serve as a trusted advisor for direct reports, peers, partners and other leaders

High proficiency leading the financial impacts of an operation and producing positive results

Experience leading a team in a unionized environment

Aptness to work with partners from different levels and teams to move the operation forward to the next level of excellence

Capability to share communication across teams to ensure everyone understands updates, priorities and appropriate course of escalation

Proficiency to translate results into clear, story-based presentations to different audiences and levels of leadership

Increased focus to support the roles of trainers and coordinators

Dedication to encourage, educate, and hold leaders and hourly Cast accountable to support an immersive Guest experience

Dedication promotes an inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity and diverse perspectives

Capability to adapt to new technology and computer applications quickly

Have a valid US driver's license and able to drive company vehicle

Available to work any day of the week and time, including weekends, variable shifts and holidays

Ability to walk, including up and down stairs, stand, bend, stoop, lift repetitively for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of front office leader experience in leading a team of salaried leaders in Front Office Operations

Experience working at a luxury property or Disney Resort Hotel

Required Education :

High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Education :

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field or equivalent experience
