As the Senior Manager-Product Strategy & Planning, you will be embedded in the businesses, working directly with profit center leadership and the broader commercial organization to define long-term business strategies. You will understand local needs and opportunities to develop, prioritize and activate revenue-driving programs. You will also identify new market opportunities to deliver sustainable brand value and profitable growth. You will cultivate an ambitious approach, tackling to improve our ability to monetize the brands and assets within each profit center with commercially viable ideas.You will report to Director of Product Strategy & PlanningYou Will:On any given day, as a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Planning, you might:

Establish and maintain close partnerships with VPs of Operations and Line of Business, as well as local support teams (e.g. Finance, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management).

Develop new, incremental business opportunities by analyzing internal and external trends, performing comprehensive market assessments to evaluate competitive positioning, hosting conceptualization sessions and recurring forums.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, and building a sophisticated and compelling case to gain support from senior leadership.

Work across the profit centers to identify and optimize use areas for new technologies, line of business initiatives (e.g., Food & Beverage, Merchandise) and other strategic efforts.

Implement sophisticated initiative go-to-market / launch plans through successful project management, partner influence and planning.

Actively participate in or lead large cross-functional forums, leading discussions, influencing the conversation to be a motivator for change and champion for alignment, and contributing to key short- and long-term initiatives that will deliver growth to the Site.

Orchestrate an organized and shared understanding of the commercial pipeline for the Site by collaborating across the entire Commercial Strategy organization and critical team members.

You Will Have:Here’s what you need to be successful at this job:

Ten plus years of experience in business development, brand management, finance, marketing, innovation, strategy or digital product management

Demonstrated leadership ability

An entrepreneurial spirit with business development and product strategy experience

Financial and analytical knowledge to lead sophisticated work within a matrix organization, producing long term strategies and delivering profitable initiatives

Experience developing cohesive, succinct and practical strategies using disparate and complex consumer-led insights from cross-functional sources

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence at an executive level

Optimally manage and prioritize to ensure business results are achieved

Have experience working with P&L, annual operating plans, and interpreting & communicating data

Preferred Qualifications:It would be great if you also have:

Deep expertise in consumer products, theme parks and/or resorts industries

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent experience is required

MBA is preferred
