Located in Lakeland, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role.Key responsibilities- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued- Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Comprehension of basic networking concepts- Written Communication experience highly desired- Foundational knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting- Call Center Customer Service experience desired- Expertise in Resolve Customer Service- Strong familiarity with Support Tickets- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
