Publixs Information Services (I/S) department is located in Lakeland, Florida and Alpharetta, Georgia and employs over 1000 associates. I/S provides the information technology required for all Publix business units including retail stores and all office and warehouse environments. The Publix I/S mission is to maximize the value of information technology to Publix associates and customers. The Agile Coachs goal is to help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing an Agile understanding from the top-down. The Agile Coach will coach, mentor, and guide our associates to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. They will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, the coach plays a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner. Job Duties and Accountability Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of Agile best practices. Guide teams to help them stay on track with Agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met. Lead Agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders. Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them. Drive cultural change by championing an Agile mindset and ensuring the organization is at the forefront of industry's best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years Scrum Master experience with min of 2 years experience with scaled framework.
• 2 years of experience in Scaled Framework or 2 years of Agile coaching.
• Minimum of 2 agile transitions.
• Can showcase examples of implementing Agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
• Experience running Agile projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong leader, educator, and coach.
• An excellent communicator and motivator.

• 5 years Scrum Master experience with min of 3 years experience with scaled framework.
• Application Lifecycle management (ALM): 2 years Azure DevOps
• Experienced using Aha! (Product management)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) /Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) / Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO)
• Certified Team Coach (CTC)
• Large Scaled Scrum (LeSS), Nexus, Disciplined Agile (DA), Enterprise Kanban/Portfolio Kanban, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
