- Manage of a team of full stack developers to design, maintain, update, and enhance functionality of web application.
- Maintain data accuracy, content, and ensure optimal performance, up-time, and security of website.
- Partner with business to lead design initiatives
- Develop and execute project plans; establish scope & target dates; facilitate & lead project meetings; provide ongoing communication to upper management on project status
- Managing 4 developers and 1 business analyst
- Responsible for performance management and coaching, talent selection, retention, training, and development
- Ensure team meets performance targets
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, git, Java, and API development
- Experience with enterprise application servers such as WebSphere or JBoss
- Jira, BitBucket, Jenkins, Adobe XD, and UX design knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, & organizational skills
- Using BitBucket, Jenkins, and Jira. Not doing CI/CD - just using what is needed for automation
- Service oriented work - someone to assist in growing internal systems
- At least 4 years of related, recent experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience working in an insurance, financial, legal, etc. industry, a plus but not required
