Description: This is a Mail Room position in the Lockheed Martin EO People Financial Services Organization, located in Lakeland, Florida.This position requires daily initiative and successful management of multiple, simultaneous tasks, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in schedules, customer requests, and prioritizations. Responsibilities consistently include effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams and employees of all levels within the building, providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: This position provides complete back-up of Print Room and Scanning operations Maintains monthly postage allocation and coordinate funding of postage accounts Processes VAT receipts to reclaim vendor Coordinates mail processing services with external vendors Coordinates off-site records management submission, retrieval, and destructionBasic Qualifications: Demonstrated analytical skills Experience demonstrating organizational prioritization and multi-tasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and co-workers Effective verbal and written communication skills Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels Self-Starter with positive attitude Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet customer needs Must be physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbsDesired Skills: Associates degree in related business field Demonstrated experience performing customer service responsibilitiesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
