Plans and directs day to day operations of a large restaurant and entertainment venue
We're a unique, busy restaurant, tasting room and event venue looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional director with exceptional leadership skills. Passion for customer service, farm to table dishes, and locally made products required. Knowledge and passion for craft beverages also required. Responsible for ensuring the guest experience is remarkable first and foremost. Looking for a long-term partner to move the business forward. Profit-share and equity on the table plus competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the chef and FOH managers
Develops and implements policies
Hire, train, and develop staff
Manages staff schedules
Manages event execution
Manages inventory levels
Ensure proper food and beverage preparation and presentation
Assist in company marketing efforts
Qualifications:
At least 5 years fast-paced restaurant experience
At least 3 years management experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Culinary training a huge plus
