- Provide technical development proficiency including, but not limited to, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Integration Suite, SAPUI5 / Fiori, ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Commerce Cloud
- Partner with solution architects, analysts, and end-users to determine technical requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
- Provide technical guidance to functional teams to build functional designs, prepare the technical designs based on specifications, estimate workload, and contribute to process improvement involving code development and design
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions
- Develop solutions to meet business requirements leveraging SAP best practices
- Performing hands-on development and oversight of workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAPUI5 / Fiori development
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ABAP development
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Web development using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and REST APIs
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SDLC in context of SAP, covering all WRICEF objects including:
- Classic Dynpro, Web Dynpro, Reports, Enhancements, User-exits, BAdIs, Object-Oriented programming, SAPscript, Smart Forms, PDF forms, ALE, IDOC, SOAP and REST based Web Services, oData
- In-depth knowledge of data models used in SAP applications
- Experience in supply chain management preferred
- Experience in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences preferred
- Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of basic system administration tasks such as database analysis, tracing issues, identifying performance bottlenecks is required
- Strong business process knowledge, and the association of processes to technical areas in SAP
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and modern software development methodologies
- Advanced understanding of software test methodologies, and experience with testing automation tools
- The ability to generate test data for the full end to end solution including but not limited to WMS, Sales, PTP, OTC, IBP, OTC
