Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Conduct project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all project directives and timelines
  • Act as subject-matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges
  • Demonstrate accountability to successfully realize client goals
  • Oversees implementation team in the analysis, design, build, unit testing of application functionality

OurGovernment & Public Sector Systems Engineeringteam delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

Government & Public Sector Systems Engineeringprofessionalsfocus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalentrelevantwork experience
  • 10+ years of demonstrated track record of successful PEGA implementations
  • Hands-on experience on full lifecycle PEGA implementations in developing case lifecycles, process flows, UI, decision rules, data pages, data transforms, activities, integrations, reports, security protocols, etc.
  • Solid understanding of leading practices for PEGA architecture and the principles of design of reusable, scalable PEGA components
  • Strong understanding of SDLC delivery methodology, including the design, build, testing, deployment, and operation of PEGA applications
  • Experience with performance optimization of a PEGA application
  • Experience with current integration patterns such as microservices or SOA, and with platforms such as Apigee, Dell Boomi, IBM IB, and IBM MQ, Informatica, and Mulesoft
  • Deep development experience with Core Java & Object Oriented concepts
  • Experience in Web technologies including Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications.
  • Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
  • Experience working with any of the Servlet containers or Enterprise containers like tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere or JBOSS
  • Must be able to relocate or live in the Mechanicsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL area
  • Travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications
  • PEGA CLSA or CSSA certification
  • Familiarity with Big Data products such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Kafka, etc.
