Job Title: Inventory Management Support C (4/10, 1st Shift, F18) Job Code: 9914 Job Location: Malabar, FL Job Description: Inventory Management Support C is responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting the distribution of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. Essential Functions:

Receives incoming materials from stock, unpacks and checks material received against shop order material list.

Re-distribute material to required workstations and bins.

Coordinates with production operators and planners to transport work in process to multiple locations throughout the production facility.

Performs manufacturing floor stock cycle counts as required.

Assist production planning in providing status on work in process and updating electronic reports.

Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.

Working around areas which are handle different kind of chemicals, such as alcohol, painting, epoxy, and staking.

Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.

Fully proficient support individual contributor.

May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.

Works under limited supervision.

Qualifications:

Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Prior experience with data entry on PCs and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Prior experience with meeting goals / deadlines while being able to be flexible.

Must be able to independently lift 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

Require the ability to push / pull using a bliss cart transporting system throughout the day.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Familiar with MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Experience using an MRP systems with MES capabilities.

Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.

Organizational skills.
