Responds to inquiries from referral sources quickly and efficiently
Contributes to the management of the organization’s referrals by ensuring work is handled accurately
Makes calls to doctor’s offices, nursing homes, and hospitals on behalf of the intake team to retrieve necessary information for patients
Reviews team spreadsheets to ensure appropriate handling of cases and provide updates proactively to referral sources
Able to work under moderate supervision
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated
