Essential Job ResponsibilitiesHardware, software, and peripheral support including break/fix at client location(s)Smartphone, tablet, and other mobile device supportInstall/Move/Add/Change and Disposal of IT equipment Network connectivity troubleshootingSetup and troubleshoot audio/ video conference equipmentManage and prioritize tasks via ticketing tool with minimal supervisionUtilize and contribute to knowledge documentationCommunicate technical information to non-technical audiences IT asset Inventory managementSmart Hands support for offsite resolver groupsWalk, bend, stand for prolong periods of time, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds Demonstrate high level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skillsMaintain neat and professional work area and appearance in compliance with site policiesOther duties and tasks associated with deskside services Experience and skills that will make you stand outExcellent troubleshooting capabilityMicrosoft Office/ Office 365 suiteCloud-based applications including Google SuiteComputer imaging software and data migration processes (e.g., SCCM, Intune)Mobile Device Management (MDM) software (e.g., MobileIron, SOTI, Intune)Endpoint protection and encryption (Bitlocker) supportAudio/Visual setupsUtilization of remote desktop support toolsMicrosoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systemsBasic network concepts (Active Directory / Workstation - Domain Trust Relationship) VPN troubleshootingVDI troubleshootingA+ CertificationMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)
