Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Firm grasp of basic networking concepts
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Well-founded grasp of customer service
MS Windows 10 experience highly desired
Proven knowledge of Ticketing System
Service Desk experience desired
Service Desk Tickets experience required
Foundational knowledge in Service Desk Tickets
Service Desk experience
General familiarity with Technical Documentation
