Description We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a background in accounting, who is fond of group work and enjoys relating to other people. If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.Your responsibilities in this roleCraft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Maintain and balance general ledger
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Deep understanding of account reconciliation
Previous ERP experience using accounting software
