Role: CDP (Customer Data Platform) Technical Implementation Lead/Senior Architect Location: Miami FLDuration: Long Term Job Description:Key Responsibilities- The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Technical Lead should be a demonstrated expert in technical aspects of product implementation and partnership engagements that lead to the successful delivery of CDP projects.
- Support implementation of Tealium Customer Data Platform to support exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as one of the Subject Matter Expert for Telium Customer Data Platform, and implementation of media, marketing and enterprise use cases.
- Proivde insight to CDP implementation best practices.
- Partner with Enterprise Integration and Data Teams to explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability for collection and consumption of events to/from the CDP.
- Identify, design, and implement internal customer data platform process improvements (e.g., automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing digital infrastructure for greater scalability)
- Work with stakeholders assist with customer data platform related technical issues
- Responsible to define & maintain marketing technology reference architecture and technical roadmap in alignment with our product and marketing strategy and IT enterprise architecture
- Work closely with internal marketing team and their external agencies on an ongoing basis to ensure that capabilities are available in step with their requirements
- Ensure the CDP implementation conforms to security, legal and compliance requirements.
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas, and ensuring issues are seen through to complete resolution as it relates to CDP implementations.
Skills Required- 5+ Experience leading Telium Customer Data Platform enterprise implementations.- Overall 8+ years of experience in Mar-Tech, Marketing Data & Analytics, CDP, personalized web, SSO and platform architecture- Expertise with implementing pre-built or building best-in-class, reusable and scalable enterprise connectors for integrations with enterprise applications.- Minimum 3 year of hands-on full lifecycle CDP implementation experience on platforms like Tealium AudienceStream, Tealium IQ, Telium API Hub, etc.- Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration.- Experience with data architecture (ideally with marketing data) using batch and/or real-time ingestion- Experience performing root cause analysis on marketing data and processes in the Customer Data Platform to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement - Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally - Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Preferred Skills- Exposure to the latest AEM Cloud Service is a plus- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be a technology visionary- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)- 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, API security, SSO, architecture and implementation- 4+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations a plus- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. - Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills Vacancy expired!
