The Commercial/Industrial Construction Estimator is also responsible for the leadership and development of the project staff and ensuring the project meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Work within the Pre-Construction Team allocating tasks and taking on typical estimating responsibilities

Degrees in the field of Construction Science or Engineering are preferred, however not required.

Working for a reputable General Contractor based in Miami, FL.
Strong Commercial and Industrial construction project pipeline with a focus on mixed commercial, industrial, and special projects such as: Correctional Facilities, Healthcare, K-12, Industrial, Healthcare, and other mixed commercial projects throughout the South Florida region.
