Client DetailsThis company is based in Miami, FL and they specialize in commercial and retail construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities· Identifying and selecting highly qualified subcontractors, drafting the appropriate contracts and/or purchase orders, requesting and reviewing required submittals · Addressing and responding to RFIs, reviewing and communicating plan changes, and obtaining additional estimates and pricing · Set project timeline · Monitor project deliverables · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress · Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them · Managing several projects simultaneously and effectively Qualifications· Experience using Microsoft Office Programs · Strong knowledge of blue prints and an ability to read them in detail · Strong knowledge of the construction industry including construction contracts, material, equipment, project scheduling and oversight, and financial acumen · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
