Ideal ProfileTracing our Customers’ intricate paths, while having the strategic and technical notion to connect them with the supportive operational and experience data that is key to the foundation of Customer Journey Analytics solutions will require a highly experienced individual with an analytical and strategic mindset, a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of the experience pillars within the Customer journey, as well as behavioral and transactional data elements, who can support the efforts of the highly innovative area of Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in both the documentation and implementation of an end-to-end Customer Journey Analytics blueprint.

This role will be responsible to bring (1) micro-journeys processes documentation and (2) and gap identification assessment of the key behavioral, transactional, and experience data elements supportive of the micro-journeys.

Work Complexity: Use Case-Oriented (a) Provide an end-to-end recollection of the micro-journeys, including all critical touchpoints/ steps taken by the customer as part of each use case’s effort(b) Provide the parallel end-to-end data visualization/ requirements of the micro-journeys per identified use case, translating the operational and experience data supportive of the microjourneys and identifying all relevant operational and experience data sources(c) Carry out gap identification assessment, evaluating GCR/ Data Lake against use case requirements to determine date elements supported vs. gaps(d) Understand and design data collection and categorization processes, between Data Lake, GCR or others (e.g., BI based solutions), as well as set of operational and experience data needed to be collected to fulfill microjourneys gaps
