We are looking for a full time Fund Money Raiser, who will be working directly with the CEO to raise capital for our real estate

and small cap business

funds. The individual will be raising capital for three different Funds

with minimum raises of $50 Million and $25 Million respectively.

High Ethics, Strong Character and being a Team Player are required. No Exceptions.

Private Equity or similar experience a plus
Finance background is also a plus.
Book of business and strong corporate and high net worth contacts is essential.
Impeccable professional presence
Strong communication skills
Strong writing skills
Investor Relations experience
Although we do not anticipate heavy travel it will be required.
Strong excel, word, Outlook and CRM skills
Ability to work under pressure
Solid understanding of the capital markets and basic economics
