If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a ESA Coordinator to join our Tax Service organization.Responsibilities:Deliver support to a new and fast-growing team in areas of client acceptance and set-up

Provide guidance to engagement teams of risk procedures and direct teams toward the appropriate risk personnel in each situation

Appointed person for special projects and maintain spreadsheets used for tracking life cycle of client/engagement setup in real time

Coordinate background checks and liaise with engagement teams to ensure data quality

Serve as a subject matter resource for all risk management systems

Submit conflict check/independence clearance requests and client acceptances daily to ensure a quick turnaround

Qualifications:Minimum two years recent administrative and data management experience; preferably within a professional services environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal supervision; be a team player when performing group work and liaise with all levels of personnel within the firm

Strong internet research skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to work overtime as needed
