Citibank, N.A. seeks a FP&A Senior Lead Analyst, SVP for its Miami, Florida location.Duties: Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for LATAM countries in which Citi has Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory operations. Involved in development and implementation of financial planning, analysis and reporting processes for BCMA businesses throughout LATAM are meeting financial objectives and growth targets. Ensure proper financial analysis and reporting is in place to ensure the proper assessment and operational efficiency of profitable business opportunities in the region. Carry out regular meetings with team members to ensure delivery of the requisite reporting and analysis activities and to provide guidelines and analytical framework to the team. Oversee revenue analysis, expense budgeting and financial forecasting processes throughout the region. Define business targets, results analytics and process management strategies. Oversee execution of reporting and analysis of forecasting and metrics, and analysis and reporting of Citi’s forecasted financial positions and business drivers across business lines and products. Track monthly expense outlooks, analyze revenue trends across LATAM countries using product reporting and client reporting methodologies; create business narratives for management reviews. Perform wallet and share analysis for Investment Banking products. Coordinate financial results reporting process between Citi’s business teams, regional and country finance teams, and LATAM BCMA finance teams. Provide strategic guidance to financial analyst teams. Ensure accuracy of financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting deliverables executed by BCMA FP&A teams in LATAM. Serve as point-of-contact for financial analysis and reporting-related escalations.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Model/Scoring/Analysis Analyst, Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Strategic Planning Analyst, P&A Manager, Financial Planner, or related position involving financial planning and forecasting processes for the financial services industry. 8 years of experience must include: Banking industry financial planning and projections for a variety of financial products and services; Emerging Markets economies and the impacts on the private sector, high inflation/devaluation implications; Cost of Credit processes and accounting; CCAR related exercises and developing forecasting models; Synthesizing quantitative data to draw conclusions; Market and Wallet sizing of banking products. 4 years must include: Enterprise financial software Hyperion Essbase, Smart View; LATAM market dynamics including drivers of Risk Weighted Assets, Tangible Common Equity and Risk Capital metrics; Client revenue and returns analytics. 1 year of experience must include implementation of Basel standards. Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.
