Our company is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for our Luxury Condominium in Midtown Miami/Edgewater, FL. THIS IS FOR THE PROPERTY AND NOT AN INDIVIDUAL UNIT!
Schedule: Full Time, Monday, Thursday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN SPANISH!
MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS (TILL 7PM)!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts
Clean the common areas of the property
Sweep, mop, scrub tile, flooring and vacuum all carpeted areas as needed
Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager and/or Chief Engineer
Requirements:
Detail oriented, organized and dependable
1-2 years of experience
High School diploma, or GED equivalency
