- Gathering user information & prepare for replacement desktop\laptop deployments.
- Perform user desktop\laptop replacements.
- Provide user support during & after the replacement process.
- At least 1 years of experience working with Windows 10 & desktops\laptops.
- Good attitude, work ethic & ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of Networking technologies as they pertain to Desktop\Laptops.
- Ability to perform physical equipment replacement, including but not limited to Desktop PCs, Laptops, monitors, docking stations, etc.
- Windows troubleshooting skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Be a good team player.
- Show flexibility under changing conditions.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience addressing and supporting user issues.
- Experience and knowledge of troubleshooting Windows 10.
- Windows 10 related certifications are a plus.
