LATAM Proposal head reports to Product Sales Head in LATAM and is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. The strategic professional will be responsible to Lead the Proposal Team to delivery the RFPs and Proactive Proposals in coordination with Sales Team. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.Responsibilities:Lead a team to provide sales support coverage across all TTS products, specifically around the creation and maintenance of RFP, RFI and DDQ responses and pitchbooks
This particular role supports the creation and timely delivery of responses to prospective client proposals, coordinating closely with sales and client executive leads
Responsible for coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure standard responses held within relevant systems and content library are kept current and accurate
Individual ensures shared information is consistent with business objectives and strategic messaging, as well as aligned with the specific needs of the client or prospect
Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

Qualifications:10+ years of experience
The role requires a proven ability to program manage projects, execute initiatives and deliver results
Excellent data management and analytical skills
Clear communication & presentations skills
Advanced project management and influencing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
