Our client, an National industry leader, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Designer to join their growing team. This position is ONSITE, Mon.-Fri., 40 hours.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:+ Supporting the Marketing team daily by creating marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and information packages+ Updating marketing collateral using InDesign+ Preparing and planning Proposals, Presentations and RFP's+ Assist with administrative tasks, schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations+ Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings, events and conferencesREQUIREMENTS:+ 3 years' relevant Marketing, Graphic and Admin experience+ Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required+ High level of professionalism and strong Work Ethic+ MUST Be Proficient in InDesign, Word and PowerPointThis is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and work for a great national company!Creative Circle is focused on protecting the health and safety of our candidates, clients, and communities.
