Our client needs a network engineer who is more of a generalist that has experience in routing and switching with Cisco/Arista & experience supporting a Palo environment
Candidate with Arista experience is a big plus.This role is very operational. It is focused on trouble shooting and responding to tickets / incidents focused on R&S and Palo Alto. Seven or more years hands-on networking experience Experience with network design, install, configuration/provisioning and troubleshooting Extensive experience with BGP and EIGRP Extensive experience with routers, firewalls, switches, VPN, wireless access points, remote access VPN Tunnel configuration Policy work-building new security policies for workloads and containers Palo Alto HA configuration for N/S and E/W traffic Focus more on the engineering side, someone who has more hands-on experience Network engineer who has picked up AWS experience along the way is preferredPalo is a must and AWS is a nice to haveVacancy expired!
