Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Development Lead Specialist for its Miami, Florida location.Duties: Support Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”) and Latin America (“LATAM”) Channels, Account Services, Payments, Receivables and Liquidity Management services. Oversee billing systems with the objective of creating value through smarter pricing methodology and strategy to increase revenue, safeguard Citi market position and improve services for corporate customers. Ensure consistency, accuracy and simplicity of the billing statement process. Responsible for system and billing standardization by leveraging regional billing platforms and capabilities, including Global Billing Systems (“GBS”) and Regional Billing System. Implement billing and revenue management control processes and interact with clients to improve billing needs. Define and establish strategy in support of product management, financial goals, product delivery and standardization of billing and revenue capabilities. Determine product pricing and standardize billing systems to leverage reporting capability both internally and with clients. Build controls around pricing and revenue management to alert of potential leakage, lack of revenue ramp-up, erroneous billing setups, fee waivers and rebate and reciprocity. Execute financial planning, marketing, implementation and product management for electronic banking systems and payment method solutions for corporate clients. Generate pricing proposals for Global, Regional and Local corporate clients, including Pricing for Request for proposal (RFP) deals. Determine the technology expense roadmap and strategy for billing platforms with direct oversight over a $5MM budget.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in, Financial Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Financial Manager, Client Service Manager, or related position supporting the financial services industry. 7 years of experience must include: Latin American and US Cash Management Products, including payment, receivables, digital channels and liquidity products; SWIFT, XML, Edifact, Global Billing System (Oracle ORMB), and ALTO; Pricing analytics and pricing segmentation; Macroeconomics and microeconomics models, prices-response models, pricing discount models, cost estimation models; Market analysis, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, and profitability analysis; Financial models (Pricing Models, Discount Cash Flows, Forecasting models); Payment franchises, including Visa and Master card, low value payment systems (ACH systems), high value clearing house (RTGS) and collections platforms; and Financial planning and accounting. 15% domestic and international travel required.
