Job Description and Responsibilities

Product Manager, CNP Tokenization role will be a critical member of the LAC digital product team responsible for Management token related product solutions across Visa's issuer's, acquirers, group service providers, Merchants, e-commerce enablers, Wallet providers, IOT Partners and third party payment processors. This position will be responsible for working across cross-functional stakeholder teams both internally and with external clients to prioritize, define and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle more focus con CNP environmentThe ideal candidate filling this role must possess an unique blend of leadership and tactical skills as well as have a very strong understanding of business, technical and operational aspects of product management and development, with industry leading experience in the areas of card processing, payment network processing, e-commerce, mobile technology, digital payments, issuance, offers, loyalty, rewards, digital enablement, consumer experience and adoption, research and analytics, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities Include the following:

  • Contribute to strategic eCommerce initiatives by collaborating with colleagues in the LAC region and globally.
  • Support clients and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on Visa's eCommerce Define key metrics and develop dashboards and reporting capabilities for systematic tracking of payment performance.
  • Successfully implement Visa Digital partnerships (including but not limited to PalPay, Netflix, Adyen, Cybersource, others new TR in the CNP environment )
  • Manages Secure Credential framework and Token performance in the region including Basic Tokenization migration and dynamic clients behaovior to make plan on outliers.
  • Lead the deployment of Visa Token and other digital propositions across all stakeholder groups (issuers, acquirers, payment gateways, merchants, processors) and use cases (main focus on including e-com / ecomm , Cloud Token and DAF .
  • Monitor Dashboard on Secure credential framework and coordinate action plan with internal client facing stakeholder to improve performance.
  • Provide in-depth sessions to account managers for Digital products and solutions. Coordinate deep dive training for Secure credential framework including all token performance KPIs and coordinate Integration TR projects.
  • Collect feedback from clients and advocate across functions to ensure these are incorporated in future product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Client Services, Risk, Products and TAM teams to help eCommerce partners optimize their platforms to maximize sales success rate.
  • Join the dots between Client services, Merchant Sales & A , Country Product to track CNP Tokenization performance and infrastructure.
  • Drive conversations with markets and product counterparts in client-facing to deliver best improve performance plan to client according with Dashboard and coordinate with global team on new features and requested reports to serve better clients needs.
  • Follow up CNP TR road map in the region for New Global and domestic partners and keep Issuers readiness dashboard up to date.
  • Define and lead cross-functional strategies to optimize provisioning and authorization performance in LAC for VTS.
  • Proactively understand how new products/services and capabilities, as well as industry and technology trends impact Provisioning, authorization performance and how in turn that impacts our clients.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree (or equivalent job experience)1- 3 years’ payments (Digital experience preferred) or technology industry experience including client interaction.Experience within digital services, financial services, mobile payments or telecoms is required.High energy, motivated team player, able to effectively lead across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion.Other relevant work experiences: product deployment, product integration, program management, reporting, strategic planning, sales and negotiation.

The Ideal Candidate is:

Understand Tokenization basis and understand digital payment landscape.Exceptional communicator – effective in interacting and building relationships across all levels of Visa and client organizations. Able to adapt communication strategies to the needs of their audience (e.g., simplifying complex technical messages).Excellent problem solving skills – able to analytically break down problems into a solution and translate a technical communication to all audiences.Self-motivated to work independently, or as part of a larger team.Creative and able to solve technical and business problems.Efficient in implementing processes and managing concurrent projects with different schedules and timelines
