TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 40 years of staffing excellence.Our client, a leading financial company is hiring a Product Manager on an initial 12 month Contract.Work Location: Miami, FL (remote until office reopens)Please note that all candidates MUST work on our W2 or with One Man Corps. NO C2C CANDIDATES AND NO AGENCIES PLEASE!Summary:The position is also responsible for maintaining and updating of business datasets used for tracking of number and volumes of transactions, inflows and out flows, revenues and valuation of the deposits and investment portfolios across countries.Responsibilities:

  • The Product Performance Management Senior Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in managing the overall performance of a given product suite and monitors performance drivers for the products and portfolios
  • Works on mining and developing internal datasets to help identify potential business opportunities that then be structured into commercial initiatives to be developed with country product teams.
  • Provide support to Market management, Business development and Balance Sheet Management functions performing ad-hoc analysis and participating in periodic projects.
  • Work with regional and global stakeholders to establish key metrics and incorporate defined metrics into overall business management to allow business to respond to multiple regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and organize financial data to feed financial models and prepare output used in managerial reviews
  • Prepare presentations and reports used to communicate to senior management on business performance
  • This position may mentor and coach team members that is responsible for supporting ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
  • Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
  • Manages ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Gathers market intelligence and develops market sizing studies and models to identify the attractiveness of particular markets segments and product offerings. Defines and analyzes sector trends, opportunities and issues
  • Partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities
  • Refines and produces sector-specific data for further marketing material that will arm sales force with the tools necessary to grow Clients business
  • Analyzes vertical/product specific P&L's to ensure goals are being met
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
  • Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
  • Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals with e-commerce solutions preferred
  • Experience managing data and analytical tools, Excel, Access, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
  • Ability to make complex judgments and to provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
  • Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or Client situations
  • Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
  • Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree, Master s degree preferred
  • A business or related master s degree can substitute up to two years of work experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Banking experience is preferred but not required.
