- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience on SailPoint IdentityNow to include implementation ,governance and custom connector development
- At least 3 years architecting and leading SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations (hands on) including - Application onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports
- Must have design experience with SailPoint IdentityNow Provisioning Integration Modules
- Must have custom connector development experience for Sailpoint
- Good understanding of Azure AD
- Strong hands-on Java/JEE experience
- Experience in Sailpoint and HRMS integration
- Familiarity with ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods
- Familiarity with other IAM products
- Familiarity with ITSM Tool workflows
- Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Strong troubleshooting capability & experience related to IAM technology
- Design, develop, test, implement, and document workflows, custom connectors, and other custom software to meet client requirements, typically in Java/JEE
- Develop and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns across the enterprise to help meet compliance regulations
- Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflows for SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns
- Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory & Postgres SQL)
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (ADP ,SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday,Remedy, ServiceNow)
- Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)is a plus
- Process Skills:
- Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
- Experience with Policy Xpress Rules, Workflows, Bulk Load, Authentication and Authorization
- Experience on preparing the product documentation, test cases, test plans and support process
- Experience in gathering SailPoint requirements, completing attribute mappings between source systems and SailPoint IdentityNow, executing integration testing
- Work with operations team, security administration to define scope and requirement
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
