- Supporting general financial needs of the organization by working collaboratively with various departments to provide information
- Performing daily accounting and reporting activities regarding general ledger maintenance
- Performing analyses and prepare accounting entries related to numerous areas (inventory, accruals, revenue etc).
- Performing monthly account reconciliations and assisting in the monthly and yearly closing process
- Providing detailed analyses and explanations of transactions
- Supporting external quarterly reviews and annual external audits
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and compile financial reports to present information in a clear and concise manner to resolve specific questions, provide insight into company operations and enable decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management required
- Hands-on experience on NetSuite OR NetSuite implementation experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- Experience in full-cycle accounting in a medium to large sized corporation
- Experience in fast growing technology company is preferred
- Prior experience working collaboratively with various department and groups
