We have an exciting opportunity for a senior software developer to join a a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the pursuit of access, equity, and integrity in the college admission process. Their mission is to remove barriers and encourage students to forge their path to a better future. As a developer on their team, you would be working on their recommenders system. So basically they have a platform where individuals applying to college can fil out their information one time and send it to a multitude of colleges. Each year they support more than 1 million students, one-third of whom are first-generation, apply to our 900 diverse member college & universities. This platform is already built in .NET Core and Angular and you would be maintaining as well as adding features and enhancements. There will also be new, exciting projects in the future as well. This is a fully remote, direct hire position!
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years professional experience as a developer
- C#
- .NET Core
- Angular 2+
- Typescript
- SQL
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Any cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
