13+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain
Strong experience as IAM Architect/Lead for projects involving IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Identity Governance and Intelligence(IGI) and IBM Security Information Queue (ISIQ)
Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions and analysis, design, implementation and customization to meet customer needs.
Must have hands on experience in ISIM, IGI & ISIQ
Experience in integration of IGI with solutions like ServiceNow, ISIM and ISIQ
Experience in integration of ISIM with solutions like Web Services Gateway (Apigee) and ISIQ
Experience in connector installation, upgrade and custom connector development using ISIM & IGI
Experience in development of Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes using ISIM, recertification process using IGI, Data Migration process to ISIM, develop process to pull data from ISIM and update to Oracle based Data warehouse.
Prior experience in working and coordinating with offshore team from Onsite
Serve as a senior technical resource demonstrating leadership skills
Good communication skills and prior experience in working with customer as lead.
