Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure: Care, custody, and control of customer inventory; Accuracy (to floor and customer book); Proper utilization of information technologyCarry out the planning, coordination and control of taking cyclical inventories according to the procedure established internally and/or with the client and daily consolidate the resultsCarry out the planning, coordination and control of general inventory takings as contractually agreed with customers and/or defined internallyReconcile theoretical balances together with the clientInvestigate, document and correct the causes of inventory differencesCoordinate and control movements, inventory transactions and daily closingsKeeps monetary control of inventory differences against what was contractually agreed with the clientProvide customer service and support.Other responsibilities assigned by the Site ManagerWorking directly with vendors, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring accuracyInvestigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager
