THE ROADSIDE BBQ at The Green Turtle Inn Restaurant is looking for an additional Pit Master/ Smoker/ BBQ-Cook to add to our already great team, to work our "ROADSIDE BBQ" outlet. The Roadside BBQ is a really cool locals spot that has a smoker, a bbq, a fully-functional air-conditioned kitchen, and it has its own outdoor patio seating area. The Roadside BBQ services our Sports Bar called "The Nest", and it also services its own guests who can walk up and order on their own. We prefer a cook who has BBQ or SMOKER experience BUT we will definitely consider any individual who is enthusiastic, reliable, and a hard-worker We pay well hourly, PLUS there is an opportunity to additionally make your own tips from the counter-service!
