We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant to join our team! Chiropractic assistant experience is a plus, but not a requirement. This is a busy chiropractic office with friendly, close-knit staff. If you have the skills and are interested in applying, we are looking to fill this position asap!
The ideal candidate must:
be able to translate and interpret medical terms on the spot
have excellent organizational skills
have high energy and great customer service
be reliable and punctual
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:45am - 7:00pm+
Possibly Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:45am - 2:00pm+
Duties:
greet patients and help with intake paperwork when necessary
perform treatments on patients (training provided), update daily patient record
maintain orderly and sanitized treatment areas
other duties as needed
