Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable laborer to join our crew. This position involves assisting with epoxy flooring, waterproofing, and polished concrete installations. Experience in these areas is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who shows a strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Help prepare job sites by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces
Assist with mixing, applying, and finishing epoxy coatings, sealers, and waterproofing materials
Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, polishers, pressure washers, and vacuums (training provided)
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
Support team members on installations and cleanup
Follow all safety rules and company procedures
Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors and indoors
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Prior experience in epoxy, waterproofing, or concrete work is preferred but not required
Compensation
Pay: Determined based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday (occasional weekends possible)
Advancement: Opportunities to grow into skilled installer and foreman roles with training provided
