Full Time -40 hours per week. Monday through Friday at Condominium building

Looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team! Premier property that requires a high level performer.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of janitorial duties as assigned including but not limited to list
Maintains friendly and professional attitude at all times and promotes a can do attitude.
Looks for safety and security concerns while on the job and reports them immediately.
Completes daily work orders and preventative maintenance as scheduled.
Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to supervisor.
Must be able to speak and write English.
Must pass background check and drug test.
Must provide own transportation to assigned location
Special Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs following safe lifting techniques; work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; ability to work in different outdoor working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain); complete all required forms/paperwork; ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner; climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 6 ft).
