Position Duties:
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of residential and commercial units – including: plumbing, painting, electric, minor repairs
Need to have attention to detail, and ability to sight problems and troubleshoot them
Able to do routine maintenance from task given daily and for emergencies
Track work orders assigned from maintenance manager
Collaborate and work well with other team members
The following maintenance skills required:
-Basic toilet and faucet repairs
-Painting (interior and exterior)
-Install ballast, light bulbs and outlets
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in the maintenance industry, preferably property management maintenance experience
- Having a car is a MUST - truck is a PLUS
-Ability to be very active: walking, bending, standing and lifting
-Ability to complete general maintenance and repair work as needed

- Available to work on weekends (when needed)
