Responsibilities:
Answering legal questions and providing advice by telephone
Identify and assess customer’s legal issue and document our proprietary software
Review documents on behalf of clients
Preparation of correspondence
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship
Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Spanish fluent a plus.
