Duties:
-Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
-Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
-Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office space.
-Contacting title companies
-Managing monthly renewals
-Contacting banks for renewal information and updating policy documents
-Assisting in daily office needs
-Handle communication with clients
-Digitally file documents and correspondence
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-4-40 Insurance License a plus.
