Our leadership team brings over 100 years of combined sales experience and is committed to helping you learn, grow, and succeed. Whether you’re experienced or new to sales, we’ll provide the training, leads, and proven system you need to excel.

Compensation & Benefits
-$500 weekly base draw (against commission)
-Uncapped commissions with weekly pay
-Average earnings: $1,000 – $4,000+ per week

Work Schedule
Full-time, in-office only (no remote option)
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Open Enrollment Hours: November 1st-January 15th 10am-8pm
Qualifications
-Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
-Sales or call center experience preferred but not required
-Health insurance license a plus (not required)
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
-Comfortable working on commission and meeting goals
-Strong communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
-Identify customer needs and recommend the best insurance plans
-Overcome objections and close sales
-Manage follow-ups and maintain accuracy in the CRM system
-Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing sales team
