We’re a growing relocation services company hiring sales representatives to handle warm inbound calls and screened leads from homeowners, military families, and businesses.
This is a 1099 commission + base pay role with uncapped earnings, performance bonuses, and structured lead flow.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects
Follow up on unclosed leads in your pipeline
Manage future-dated reservations and repeat opportunities
Provide pricing, availability, and booking support
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Compensation:
Base pay + commission paid weekly (1099)
Uncapped commissions — earnings scale directly with performance
Competitive commission rates per booked relocation
Ongoing earning potential through repeat customers and referrals
Bonuses & Incentives:
Performance bonuses for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
SPIFs (Sales Performance Incentive Funds) offered regularly for top producers
Short-term incentives such as:
o Same-day close bonuses
o Weekly production bonuses
o Limited-time promotions tied to specific services or campaigns
Earning Potential:
Reps are expected to build $40k+ in monthly binding
Strong performers can will generate commissions through proactive pipeline management
No cap on earnings — top producers are rewarded without limits
