The Full Stack Developer (.NET) position requires demonstrated experience in software development and database management (schema design/implementation and scripting), a diverse background of project experience, and the clear exhibition of superior judgement and decision making to engineer new solutions and support existing capabilities of multiple software programming projects. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with business analyst, developers, project owners, and internal IT resources to understand business requirements and determine how to best leverage technology to support those requirements Provide technical expertise to identify and translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents Design and build new systems and applications used across the organization Develop integration services and APIs to connect with internal and external systems Support and enhance existing systems and applications Documentation of technical specs and process flows Responsible for software deployments preparation and coordination

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in software development 3+ years of experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL) Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum) Proficiency with .NET Framework and Core, C#, SQL, JavaScript Experience with modern JavaScript/CSS frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Tailwind, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js) Experience with Power BI/Reporting Services Knowledgeable in design patterns and object-oriented programming concepts Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills Experience working with source control like GIT / TFS Ability to work effectively with the developers, business analysts, IT management, internal IT, and external vendors Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently with varying priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated individual with deep technology understanding, capable of learning and digesting new technologies rapidly Experience with Azure Mobile app (Xamarin) development a plus SharePoint experience a plus
