Responsibilities:• Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion related to workforce management and movement. • This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. • Engage with department and leaders across the organization to determine and define project scope and objectives on behalf of HR Operations. • Own and manage meetings with key stakeholders across the enterprise to solve roadblocks or obtain approvals to execute the crew movement. • Ensure that all aspects of operations are being taken into consideration when planning a new requirement and/or process. • Inform and updates leadership regarding the status of the project and bring to light any potential obstacles ahead. • Provided the necessary data points and context to the HR Ops leadership team for direction and decision making • Provides directional strategic inputs to enhance HR operations response to the business needs
